Nollywood actress Juliana Olayode has revealed she prayed for years for her relationship with Funke Akindele to be restored, saying her desire was genuine friendship—not career benefits.

According to reports, Juliana Olayode said she consistently prayed for reconciliation with Funke Akindele, stressing that her intention was to rebuild their personal bond, not to gain movie roles.
“I am so grateful to God that we are besties again… I just wanted the relationship,” she said.
She added that Funke supported her during difficult times, which made the reunion deeply important.
“I want to thank Aunty Funke for listening and showing me grace. I don’t care if I never get to act with her again. I just want that relationship.”
