According to Legitng , Nollywood actress Queen Fayemiwo Hamudalatstirred reactions after a viral interview where she spoke about Islam while dressed in a way many considered inappropriate.
The interview, conducted by media personality Kaptain Jeff, quickly divided opinions online.
She admitted she wasn’t properly dressed for the recitation and explained her understanding of Islamic teachings, including fasting and the five pillars of Islam

I’m a Muslim.
That means you just finished fasting?
Yeah, yeah, I fasted.
Did you skip any day?
As a girl, you have to skip some days because you’re going to be on your monthly flow.
So you cannot finish the whole 30 days fast.
But after you are done, you continue, you pay back.
If you’re on your flow, you don’t fast?
You don’t fast, yeah, because you’re not planning.
Why?
Well, it’s Sunnah.
What is Sunnah?
Sunnah is the way of life of the Prophets, such as Jesus Christ.the way they live, their lifestyle. So it’s written in the Quran as a lady, when you’re on your monthly flow, you are omitted from fasting and observing your salats.
Salat is the five daily prayers. We have Subh (Fajr), Zuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha. we have Maghrib, and we have Isha.
Can you pray them?
Yeah.

I’m not supposed to recite like this. I’m supposed to cover my ear, but let me just recite it.
Mention three things you like about being a Muslim.
I love my religion. My religion, your intention is the first. We have five pillars of Islam.
Okay. Number one, you believe in Allah. Number two, you observe your salat.
That’s your five daily prayers. Number three, you pay your zakat.
What’s pay your zakat?
Zakat is like giving alms to the poor.
Maybe you get a salary of 50,000, there’s a percentage you give. It’s just like offering tight. You pay to the poor people? Poor people, not to the Afars, to the poor people.
You give out to the poor people. The Afars are not the ones that collect that. So, you don’t give offering in Islam? You give offering, but that’s not compulsory.
You understand? When you go to mosque, you pay, but you don’t have to. It’s not a compulsory thing. But it’s compulsory for you to observe your zakat.
Like you give the less privilege from what you are earning.
