Peter Obi has sent a nationwide political message ahead of the 2027 elections after officially validating his membership with the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
Speaking during the party’s registration exercise in Anambra, the former presidential candidate urged opposition groups and citizens to unite for political change.

He declared: “The forthcoming election in 2027 will not merely be a contest between political parties; it will be a defining choice between the Nigerian people and bad governance.” Obi also encouraged Nigerians to actively participate in politics, insisting that real change starts with citizens getting involved.
