The leaked document triggered mixed reactions, with some Nigerians expressing sympathy while others questioned its authenticity, citing missing hospital details and unverified contact information.

The histology shows that this person has breast cancer. To be specific this is Invasive ductal carcinoma. It usually starts from the breast ducts and then invades surrounding areas.
The result show that her cancer is spreading. It says it has reached the adipose tissue (fatty tissue), this very important because adipose tissue can be a source of energy for the cancer which means it can make it spread faster as the cancer now has energy.
The pathologist has said in the results that margins of resection is equivocal meaning they cannot certainly say that the surgical margin is free of cancer or there are cancer cells there.
They have suggested for immune chemistry which will help determine if the cancer is hormone receptor positive meaning she may be able to have like hormone treatment as well.
