In celebration of International Women’s Day 2025, Segilola Resources Operating Limited (SROL) reasserted its support for women’s empowerment by hosting over 200 beneficiaries of its Segilola Women’s Initiative Programme (SWIP) and Livelihood Restoration Programme (LRP) in Osun State. The event, in collaboration with Ilesa Business School, provided crucial entrepreneurial and digital skills training aimed at enhancing women’s economic potential.

The initiative featured sessions on developing entrepreneurial mindsets, rural business marketing, and improving digital literacy for growth. Participants, also equipped with business tools, learned practical skills on leveraging social media and adopting digital payments.
