The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has initiated its first armed squad as 109 personnel completed their training. The approval by the Federal Government marks a pivotal step for the ICPC, enhancing its capabilities to combat corruption. During the graduation at the Aguiyi Ironsi Cantonment in Abuja, ICPC Chairman Dr. Musa Adamu Aliyu commended the personnel, calling this development a "significant milestone" for the agency. This move is intended to strengthen the commission’s role in eradicating corruption in Nigeria. With their new skills, these personnel are expected to diligently serve the commission’s mission.
